Select Travel Bookings acts as a third-party travel coordinator. We do not issue airline tickets, own any hotel properties, or operate transportation services. Our role is to assist in finding and recommending the best travel options based on your preferences and budget.
Booking Process & Payments
Once you submit a booking request or travel inquiry, our team begins sourcing the best available options for your needs. A service fee (e.g., Concierge Booking Fee) may be required to begin the process. This fee covers time, expertise, and proposal creation. All travel bookings are subject to availability at the time of payment. Prices are not guaranteed until payment is confirmed.
Pricing & Availability
All rates, availability, and special offers are subject to change without notice. Final pricing will include applicable taxes and fees where relevant. Select Travel Bookings is not responsible for rate changes or availability discrepancies once a recommendation has been sent and not yet confirmed by the client.
Client Responsibility
It is your responsibility to ensure all travel details (dates, names, destinations, etc.) are accurate before booking. Select Travel Bookings will not be liable for errors in personal details submitted by the client.
Cancellations & Changes
All cancellations or itinerary changes are subject to the policies of the airline, hotel, or travel provider. Select Travel Bookings will assist with these changes where possible, but we do not control the rules set by third-party providers.
Refunds
Service fees are non-refundable once recommendations or bookings have been delivered. Refunds for travel services (e.g., hotel stays, flights) are at the discretion of the service provider and subject to their terms.
Limitation of Liability
We strive to provide accurate and helpful recommendations. However, we are not liable for any loss, delay, injury, or damage resulting from travel, service disruptions, or supplier errors. You agree to hold Select Travel Bookings harmless from claims arising out of or related to your use of our services.
